Flipper on the table, well, it looks like a detached nipple to Kris and I. I first thought you got custom nipple gaurds to protect your nips from chafing while running. Guess I was wrong there.
Honestly, in your mouth, it looks perfectly fine, and I don’t think your teeth look like nips.
