		<description>Oh yeah, I have a roller, and I use it pretty frequently when I&#039;m training. Last night&#039;s strength training was pain free, and with another day off running today, and a planned long ride this weekend instead of a run, I expect things to heal up.</description>

Hang in. Sounds like you are giving attention to those spots that are bugging you. 
Do you have a roller? Sounds like ITB. Take care of this as I have had it and it is not fun.</description>
