		<description><![CDATA[Taubes book is one of the two most important publications of the past few years, along with the &quot;Omnivore&#039;s Dilemma&quot; by Michael Pollan.  I am a (almost not) living testimony of the dangerous nutritional prescriptions of the past half century; low fat, high carbs, low salt, resulting in weight gain, higher cholesterol, high blood pressure and now type 2 diabetes.  From now on it&#039;s steak and fish and fois gras every night. Bon appetit!]]></description>
